Kudakwashe Dizha currently serves as the Head of Finance and Operations for Rozaria Memorial Trust, the position he has been holding since the year 2016. He is a holder of CIS Accounting Qualification with the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Zimbabwe (ICSAZ).

Kudakwashe started working with RMT in 2007 as the Coordinator of the organisation on its formation in 2007. The position he held until the year 2016. During this period, he was pivotal in the growth of the organisation through actively contributing to the establishment of programming, operational and financial systems.
